Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Gage got this recipe from Oprah

1 pound chicken
3 tablespoons BBQ Sauce (any kind you like)
2 tablespoons Baby bam
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cups cornflakes

Cut raw chicken into 1-inch cubes. Combine barbeque sauce, baby bam, garlic powder, and salt. Put chicken into a large Ziploc bag and add barbeque sauce mixture, coat chicken thoroughly. Add crushed cornflakes & shake until coated. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes. Dip in barbeque or other sauce or eat plain!

(Makes enough for 4 recipes of chicken nuggets)

3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons parsley
2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
