Banana Bread

½ cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1/3 cup hot water

Heat oven to 325°, and grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Blend oil and sugar together then add the bananas making sure it is well blended. Next add the ginger, salt, and baking soda. Finally add the flour and water until you have a smooth batter. Pour into the loaf pan and sprinkle the top with a little bit of white sugar. Bake for about 1 hour and then check with a toothpick. Bake until done.
