Mint Dessert

1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 ounces chocolate chips
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ to 1 cup water
½ teaspoon vanilla

Put milk, chocolate and slat in top of double boiler. Cook until thick, stirring often. Remove from heat and slowly stir in water. Stir in vanilla and serve.
