Poppy Seed Cake

1 white or yellow cake mix
1 3-ounce package Instant vanilla pudding
½ cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup water or 1 cup sour cream (how many calories do you want in the cake?)
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon almond extract

Combine all ingredients and mix on low speed until blended, then mix on medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool for 15 minutes and then turn out onto cake rack and cool completely. Glaze or dust with powdered sugar.

¼ cup orange juice
½ teaspoon butter extract
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon almond extract
½ cup powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients well.
