Chocolate Silk Pie

Crumb crust
1½ cups crumbs from dark chocolate cookies
⅓ cup melted butter
Mix together and press onto bottom and sides of pie tin or spring form pan. Chill until firm.

½ cup butter or margarine softened
½ cup sugar
1 packet of Nestle Choco-Bake (if you want it super chocolaty use 2) If you can’t find Choco-Bake you can melt baking chocolate and use it. (1 Choco-Bake equals 1 ounce of baking chocolate)
2 eggs – room temperature is best
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup whipping cream
Cream butter and ½ cup of sugar in mixer until light and creamy. Add chocolate and vanilla and beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating for 5 minutes after each addition.
