4 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¾ cups Crisco shortening
⅓ cup water
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon vinegar
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and Crisco together until crumbly. Mix water, egg, and vinegar together, and then add to dry ingredients. Divide into 5 balls and pat into circles. Bag and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
