2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup sugar
Cherry pie filling
Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each muffin tin that has been lined with cupcake papers. Mix rest of ingredients (except the cherry pie filling) until smooth and creamy. Put 2½ tablespoons of cream cheese mixture on top of each vanilla wafer. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. They will not brown. Let cool in muffin tins. After completely cool, top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate until served.
