Key Lime Shortbread

Jason made this one up after he tasted something similar at the Pacific Desert Company.

½ cup butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup corn starch
1½ cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup Key lime juice

Cut all room-temperature ingredients together. Roll to ⅜ inch thick. Cut into circles. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
